With 20 years of experience working in tech and a background in customer support, I spent the last few years learning about and practicing DesignOps on an international, distributed team. I'm currently on a long-awaited career break and have thrown myself into mom life, gardening, volunteering, and a little writing here and there.

I love documentation, remote-first culture, getting things organized, and supporting a team with the best environment possible. I live in Richmond, Virginia with my husband and kids and too many houseplants.
